◾️I wanted to make tamagoyaki, so I beat the eggs and prepared the dashi stock. I intended to add mirin, but ended up adding a lot of vinegar. I couldn’t help myself, so I searched for mayonnaise recipes and made mayonnaise with a strange dashi flavor. By the time the mayonnaise is ready, I’ve forgotten about the omelet.
