◼️友人が、なんとイタリアの出版社から依頼を受けて自転車（カンパニョーロ）本の著者になった。世界に名の響くマニアック・コレクターってことだ。なんかすごいなあ。本が届いたので拝見するとまごうことなき洋書なんだよね。ん〜、かっこいい。自分のことではないのになんだか誇らしい気持ちになるから不思議なものだ。雑誌などというものは浮世の泡みたいなものだけど、こうして書籍として残るってすごいことだよ。内容は「この自転車界の名門の知られざる部分解明ができる」そのような感じ。よい本である。利益指導型の日本の出版会では手が届かない領域の本ですね。そのようなマニアック・コンテンツをこうしてまとめ上げちゃうってなんだかやたらと羨ましいな。なんて思う きょうの眺め .

◾️A friend of mine became the author of a book on bicycles (Campagnolo) at the request of an Italian publisher. He is a maniac collector whose name resonates all over the world. That’s kind of amazing. When I received the book and looked at it, I realized that it was definitely a foreign book. Hmm, that’s cool. It’s strange because I feel so proud even though it’s not about me. Magazines are like bubbles in the floating world, but it’s amazing that they survive as books like this. The content is something like “You can uncover unknown parts of this prestigious name in the bicycle world.” It’s a good book. This is a book that is out of reach of profit-oriented Japanese publishing groups. I’m kind of envious that they’re able to put together such maniac content like this. Such is my view today.
