◼️多摩川で土手に座って休憩していたら、カモメが数羽シュッっと頭上を掠めていった。川にカモメってちょっと変だけど、最近では狛江あたりにまでカモメも鳶も海から遡上してきているみたいだ。ま、河口の羽田まで大した距離じゃないしね。でも、川に海鳥がいるのってけっこうワイルドだ。川で見る海鳥はなんかでかいのよね。そして速い。自転車でもそういう感じってあるよね。あの自由感はなかなかにいい。憧れに近い何かがそこにあるかもしれないよ。カモメを眺めながら自転車を思う。そんな きょうの眺め .

◾️When I was sitting on the bank of the Tama River taking a break, several seagulls grazed me. It’s a bit strange to see seagulls on the river, but recently it seems that both seagulls and kites are coming up from the sea to Komae. Well, it’s not that far from the mouth of Haneda to Komae. But it’s pretty wild to have seabirds in the river. The seabirds you see on rivers are kind of big, aren’t they? And fast. You can feel that way even when riding a bicycle. It feels kind of open.
